The tour begins with a drive through the beautiful Guanacaste countryside to a local port, then to explore the National Park of Palo Verde. Lunch is served along the river banks, where you are able to eat with a view of the beautiful park. On the return journey, pass through the famous artisan village of Guaitil where the Chorotega Indians produce pottery using the same techniques as their pre-Columbian ancestors.
