The Teacher: Nina Weber has been practicing Yoga since 1995. She is internationally certified as a Yoga instructor following the roots and spirit of Swami Sivananda.

Nina's strong dance background, love of music and sense of harmony gives great balance to her classes. She combines the different techniques of Acu-Yoga and Thai Yoga in her adjustments, which are very individual and powerful, thus assisting her students to achieve total relaxation of mind and body.
