Our secluded beach is a 2-3 minute walk from your room. Follow the signs on our shady forest paths and you can’t miss it. Once you set foot on the sand, you might wonder what century you’ve stepped into. No crowds, no litter and no sounds of traffic.
Less than a mile. It’s 0.6 miles from the hotel – about a 15-minute walk and less than five minutes by car. We’re conveniently close to the heart of Tamarindo yet far enough that none of the town’s noises will reach your ears.
The nearest major airport is Liberia International Airport, which is 42 miles from the hotel and takes about an hour and 20 minutes by car or shuttle. There’s also Tamarindo Airport for local travelers, which is 3.5 miles from Cala Luna.
We don’t offer our own transportation; our staff can call a taxi for your convenience at an additional fee.
