Ecstatic Dance is a free-form mode of expression, held in a safe and sacred place and guided by an instructor. Here you can be your unique self and still connect to our universal origin as you dance without the need to follow specific steps, surrendering to the rhythm as the music leads you to a trance-like feeling of ecstasy. Dancers often describe our ecstatic dance experience as a deeply felt connection to others and to their own emotions. Time and again, we’ve witnessed guests release anxiety and trauma as a result of completely letting go and becoming one with the music.
